[Reservations]
Please make your reservations by
three days prior to the requested date of your visit.
[Replies]
First, an automatic reply e-mail will be sent to you upon completion of your application.
The person in charge of the workshop will then confirm the details, and contact you via e-mail within 3 business days (10:00 to 18:00, Monday through Saturday, except for the New Year's holidays).
Please kindly be noted that it might take longer during the on season.
*If you use a smartphone, please kindly make sure that it allows you to receive messages from studio@ozuwashi.net.
If you cannot find our e-mail in your inbox, please kindly check the junk mail folder or trash box.
[Payments]
Please pay by cash at the studio. If you would like to pay by credit card,please let the staff know. He/she will show you to the cash register in the store.
[Cancellations and Changes]
Please contact us in case you would like to change or cancel your reservation.
Please kindly be noted that there will be a 100% cancellation fee for late cancellations or changes made after 18:00 the previous day or no-shows.
[Language]
The English level of our staff is intermediate or elementary.
We recommend that you arrange an interpreter if necessary.
[Photography or video Recording]
You are welcome to take photos and videos in the Handmade Washi Experience Studio.
For other areas, photography and filming are basically prohibited, especially in the following areas:
1. Areas with prohibition signs
2. Videos and artworks shown in the museum and gallery
3. Inside the shop (except for examining products)
Please contact us in advance if you need a photography or filming permit for commercial use.
